With her critical essay, Rendell turns her attention to New Patrons (French: Les Nouveaux commanditaires, German: Neue Auftraggeber), a groundbreaking model initiated by artist Fran\u00e7ois Hers in 1990 that challenges conventional forms of art patronage by democratizing the commissioning of public art and handing this process over to citizens. Accompanying Rendell\u2019s essay, ARCH+ compiled a diverse selection of some of the most compelling projects realized within the New Patrons framework, including a washhouse, a pigeon loft, a multifaith space, a school, and an experimental housing community, to name a few.\u201c<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201eARCH+ features\u00a0ist eine Reihe von ARCH+, die sich mit den aktuellen Produktionsbedingungen von Architektur und Raum besch\u00e4ftigt.
